How quickly will I receive a match alert?

As a rider, you will immediately see the option to book a Netlift transit ticket for your trip.

Carpooling

It usually takes between 15 and 45 seconds to get notified for a match, if any.  Note that you can always refresh your screen by pressing the clicking the two arrows  to make sure the information you see is updated.

2. If you have a match, pick one.

Otherwise, you will get a "No matches right now" message on the Home screen. You will get notified and receive suggestions as soon as someone creates a ride that matches your schedule/route, it's just a matter of time until you get one.
